Nội dung tài liệu: Nghiên cứu này tập trung vào việc điều tra ứng dụng các kỹ thuật đặt câu hỏi trong giảng dạy kỹ năng nghe tại trường Cao đẳng Cơ Khí – Luyện Kim. Nghiên cứu nhằm xác định các vấn đề sinh viên thường gặp phải khi học kỹ năng nghe, đánh giá tác động của việc áp dụng kỹ thuật đặt câu hỏi để cải thiện kỹ năng nghe của sinh viên, và đưa ra các hàm ý cho việc giảng dạy và học tập tiếng Anh. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp định lượng với các bài kiểm tra nghe hiểu và phiếu khảo sát dành cho sinh viên và giáo viên. Kết quả cho thấy các kỹ thuật đặt câu hỏi ở giai đoạn trước khi nghe (pre-listening stage) có hiệu quả trong việc nâng cao khả năng hiểu nghe của sinh viên.
