Nghiên cứu này khám phá niềm tin của giáo viên và học sinh về tương tác trong lớp học, đặc biệt là trong các lớp học lớn không chuyên ngành tiếng Anh tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Mục tiêu là tìm hiểu sự tương đồng và khác biệt trong quan điểm của họ, cũng như mối tương quan giữa niềm tin và thực hành giảng dạy thực tế. Dữ liệu được thu thập thông qua bảng hỏi, phỏng vấn bán cấu trúc và ghi âm các buổi học. Nghiên cứu xem xét các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến tương tác lớp học, lý thuyết tương tác và lý thuyết văn hóa-xã hội trong bối cảnh giáo dục.
