Nghiên cứu này tập trung vào việc đảm bảo thực thi quyền lực tư pháp tại Việt Nam hiện nay. Luận án làm rõ các vấn đề lý luận và thực tiễn liên quan đến việc đảm bảo thực thi quyền lực tư pháp, bao gồm khái niệm, đặc điểm, nội dung, vai trò và các điều kiện cần thiết. Tác giả cũng đánh giá thực trạng, những kết quả đạt được cũng như hạn chế, bất cập trong việc đảm bảo thực thi quyền lực tư pháp tại Việt Nam. Từ đó, luận án đề xuất các giải pháp đồng bộ, khả thi nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả thực thi quyền lực tư pháp, góp phần củng cố và xây dựng nhà nước pháp quyền xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.
