Nghiên cứu này đánh giá mức độ hs-CRP, IL-17A, cùng hiệu quả và sự an toàn của Secukinumab trong điều trị bệnh vẩy nến thể thông thường. Bệnh vẩy nến là một bệnh viêm da mãn tính ảnh hưởng đến khoảng 2-3% dân số. Các marker viêm như hs-CRP và IL-17A ngày càng được chú trọng do vai trò của chúng trong cơ chế bệnh sinh và các bệnh đi kèm. Secukinumab, một kháng thể đơn dòng trung hòa IL-17A, đã được phê duyệt để điều trị vẩy nến thể từ trung bình đến nặng. Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích đánh giá các đặc điểm lâm sàng, so sánh mức độ hs-CRP và IL-17A trước và sau điều trị bằng Secukinumab, đồng thời khảo sát hiệu quả và sự an toàn của thuốc này. Dữ liệu thu thập từ 150 bệnh nhân tại Bệnh viện Da liễu Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
