Implementing Poverty Reduction Policies Based on Multi-Dimensional Approach Poverty Lines in Vinh Long Province

Luận án tiến sĩ này tập trung nghiên cứu về việc triển khai các chính sách giảm nghèo dựa trên chuẩn nghèo đa chiều tại tỉnh Vĩnh Long. Tác phẩm xem xét lý do lựa chọn đề tài, mục tiêu và nhiệm vụ nghiên cứu, đối tượng và phạm vi nghiên cứu, cùng với cơ sở lý thuyết và phương pháp luận được sử dụng. Luận án làm rõ các đóng góp lý thuyết và thực tiễn, đặt ra các câu hỏi nghiên cứu quan trọng và trình bày cấu trúc của luận án.

Nghiên cứu cung cấp cái nhìn tổng quan về tình hình nghiên cứu liên quan đến việc thực thi chính sách giảm nghèo đa chiều ở Việt Nam và quốc tế, phân tích các công trình đã có, chỉ ra những khoảng trống trong nghiên cứu hiện tại. Tác phẩm cũng đi sâu vào các vấn đề lý thuyết cơ bản về nghèo đói theo phương pháp tiếp cận đa chiều, khái niệm về đường nghèo, và hệ thống các chính sách giảm nghèo.

Đặc biệt, luận án phân tích quá trình tổ chức và triển khai chính sách giảm nghèo đa chiều tại Vĩnh Long, xác định các chủ thể, tiêu chí đánh giá hiệu quả và các yếu tố ảnh hưởng. Nghiên cứu cũng rút ra các bài học kinh nghiệm từ việc thực hiện chính sách tại Thái Bình và Trà Vinh để đề xuất các giải pháp cải thiện hiệu quả chính sách giảm nghèo đa chiều tại Vĩnh Long, hướng tới mục tiêu phát triển bền vững và nâng cao đời sống cho người dân.
