Nghiên cứu cũng xem xét sự điều hòa biểu hiện gen Ch-Prx1 dưới các điều kiện nuôi cấy khác nhau, cho thấy vai trò của ánh sáng và stress oxy hóa trong việc điều hòa enzyme này.
