Luận án Tiến sĩ này tập trung nghiên cứu về sự phát triển nguồn nhân lực trong các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam xuất khẩu lao động sang thị trường Nhật Bản. Nghiên cứu xem xét các khía cạnh lý luận và thực tiễn, bao gồm việc phân tích cơ sở lý luận về phát triển nguồn nhân lực, đánh giá tình hình thực tế tại các doanh nghiệp, xác định những thành tựu, hạn chế và nguyên nhân. Luận án đề xuất các quan điểm và giải pháp nhằm thúc đẩy sự phát triển nguồn nhân lực cho các doanh nghiệp này đến năm 2025 và tầm nhìn đến năm 2030, đặc biệt dưới góc độ kinh tế chính trị.
